The Area

Hemington Coach House is centrally located in the market town of Frome. Lauded as one of the country's best places to live (The Times 2020, 2019, 2018) and boasting an array of brilliant places to eat and drink, the cobbled streets of Medieval and Georgian Frome are within a five minute walk from the house.

Known for The Frome Independent (an artisan market held on the first Sunday of the month throughout the year), its vintage shops and café culture, Frome also hosts food, literary, arts and music festivals each summer.

Surrounded by the wonderful Somerset countryside, riverside walks through the villages of Mells and Great Elm are easily accessible, as are the big skies of Salisbury Plain and the Mendips.
