About

Hemington Coach House is a light, airy, luxury space in the heart of Frome, Somerset. Architecturally designed and built in 2020 to complement its Georgian neighbour Hemington House and set entirely in it's own plot with a walled garden, the house sleeps four. It is a five minute walk from the cafés, galleries, independent and vintage shops of Frome in one direction, and wonderful walks into the surrounding villages and Somerset countryside in the other.

Accommodation

Interiors are a happy mix of modern luxury and vintage pieces: chairs are 18th century, artworks are heirloom but the underfloor heating and power showers are entirely 2021.
Our mattresses are Juno Silks (double and super king) from The Original Bed Company, King's Road, London. We chose them specifically because they are the most comfortable we've ever tried. Bed  linen is luxurious boutique hotel quality,  our duvets and pillows are feather and our large fluffy towels are from The White Company.

The total space is 124 square metres, giving two bedrooms.
Bedroom one is the super king with high ceilings, en-suite shower and bath. It has three windows - a sash (which isn't an opening window) and two skylights which open fully. The second bedroom is a double with en-suite shower with fully opening sash window. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails.

Downstairs is open plan with underfloor heating throughout. It has a cloakroom and a light, airy living, eating and kitchen space with two huge floor to ceiling window-doors that lead out onto the garden terrace.
The seating area has sofas, games and a smart TV. Wifi is accessible throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven/ hob and washing machine; we’ve kitted it out with everything you might need for your stay.
